Reflecting, Connecting and Shaping the Future of Ireland's Circular Economy
Collaboration is at the heart of building a more circular and sustainable future. At last week’s CIRCULÉIRE Network Meeting, members from across the network came together to reflect on progress, share experiences, and help shape priorities for the years ahead.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for members to hear updates from IMR, DCEE and the CIRCULÉIRE programme, while also exploring all the supports, services and opportunities available through membership. Participants learned about innovation funding opportunities, member engagement initiatives, and examples of collaborations that are delivering real impact across the network.
A key highlight of the day was the Membership Review Workshop, which invited members to share honest feedback on the value they receive from the network. Through facilitated discussions, participants explored which services have created the greatest benefit for their organisations, the outcomes achieved through participation, and where future investment and support should be focused.
The conversations highlighted the importance of in-person networking, knowledge sharing, collaboration, innovation support and partnership development in helping organisations advance their circular economy ambitions. Members also identified opportunities to strengthen existing services and address emerging needs as sustainability challenges continue to evolve.
Importantly, the workshop reinforced CIRCULÉIRE's commitment to continuous improvement and member-led development. Insights gathered during the session will help inform future programming, strengthen member supports, and ensure the network continues to deliver meaningful value for organisations across Ireland.
As Ireland's circular economy community continues to grow, events like this network meeting demonstrate the power of bringing organisations together to learn, collaborate and drive change. By reflecting on achievements and planning collectively for the future, CIRCULÉIRE members are helping to accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable and circular economy for all.
